NIOVI STUDIOS

Niovi Studios are located only 250 meters from the Livadi beach and less than 1 km away from the harbour, which amphitheatrically stand in a quiet spot on the top of a hill. With an astonishing view of the port, Chora of Serifos and the sea, one can enjoy the calmness, panoramic views and the traditional Cycladic architecture.

A total of eight (8) studios to accommodate 2 - 3 persons have been carefully decorated and offer comfort, panoramic views and absolute relaxation in a hospitable environment. All studios consist of Air conditioning, TV, WI-FI internet access, hairdryer, fridge, and private balcony with sea view.

Daily maid service, fresh homemade breakfast and delicacies as well as private parking are also available at Niovi Studios.
