The accommodation at Verina is comprised of rooms, apartments, 1 superior studio, 1 superior apartment and 4 maisonnette apartments. All units have air-conditioning, TV, CD player, safe box, hairdryer, mini fridge and a coffee machine and internet access.

Rooms: For 2 persons on the top floor and they have one double bed, some with an additional sofa bed, large verandas with view of the surrounding olive groves and a few also have limited sea view. Some rooms can accommodate a third person if the sofa bed is used.

Superior Studio: For 2 persons, on the top floor, a very spacious and elegant studio comprised of a bedroom, a living corner and a kitchenette. It is surrounded by large verandas with view of the surrounding olive groves and gardens and with a limited sea view.

Apartments: For 2-3 persons on the ground floor and they have one bedroom with one double bed, a living room area with 2 sofa beds, a kitchenette and a veranda with view of the surrounding olive groves. Some apartments can accommodate a fourth person if the sofa bed is used.

Superior Apartment: Suitable for up to 4 adults and located on the ground floor. Comprised of a separate bedroom with double bed, an open plan living and dining area with 2 sofa beds. The superior apartment also has a large veranda with view of the surrounding olive groves and garden.

Maisonettes: For 4-5 persons, built on 2 levels with an interior staircase. On the ground level there is a double bed, 1 or 2 built in Sofa beds plus a living area with kitchenette and bathroom.
 
On the upper level there is another double bed, second bathroom and some include an additional built in sofa bed. With all sofa beds being used, some maisonettes can accommodate a maximum of 7 persons. An added feature of the Maisonettes is 2 large verandas with limited sea view from the top floor.
