ANTONIS TAVERNA:  Located in Ialysos about 9 Khm from Rhodes Town. Taverna with a big variety of local "Rhodian" plates.

Le GOURMET:   in Ixia on a side street near the touristy (bad food) area. Both Maria and her chef husband George have attended culinary school and culinary management. They run a really fine restaurant that will cook what you want if you ask a day ahead of time and the menu is fantastic.
