Pricing is competitive and communication along with all procedures clearly described and followed to the letter. No hidden extras here, no tricks, no gimmicks and no time wasting. You rent a quality unit for a good price and you save on hotels. Enjoy Athens in a nice clean furnished, internet ready unit - most of these units lie next to a park in a building with dedicated parking and a mini private workout space. The two units in Pangrati are in an older building but have gone through major gut renovations (a term and practice rather unfamiliar in Greece so when they say "renovated" expect a paint job). The units are within walking distance from the city center and there is valet parking available across the street for an additional fee of 175e per month. The eight units in the new building in Ambelokipi are probably the most sought after apartments in the lot. They have independent heat and all the amenities one would expect to find in a higher end unit. A mini work out room is also available within the building. The apartments feature fully furnished (true double beds) with modern appliances and kitchen, quality A/C units that provide additional heat in winter (if required), high speed internet connection and large screen TV, DVD player, and satellite TV and for extra security - steel reinforced doors and a valuables safe. Free once per month cleaning with the option to upgrade to once a week or more frequent. Located in the municipality of Athens these wonderful studio apartments situated in a newly built multiplex next to a 33 acre municpal park are fully furnished (true double bed) with modern appliances and kitchens and feature: New powerful A/C units (hence independent heating) There are balconies that lets in a lot of light during the day. In terms of security the unit is in a safe residential neighbourhood but also has a safety door, a large hotel style safe and a CCTV front door buzzer. Located only 800m from two metro stops (“Katehaki” & “Panormou”) and next to a bus stop makes it a great choice. The unit comes with an optional dedicated covered garage space. This is definitely a first in Athens furnished apartments rentals. Across the street from the building where the Ampelokipi units are, there is a PRIVATE 30m2 fitness room which is equipped with a treadmill, an elliptical, a high end power plate machine, and weights. Get your key out and stay in shape while watching TV or listening to music. Access to the fitness room is reserved for preferred guests only which means that most of the time you will have it to yourself. |

The apartments are located only 280m from the “Evangelismos” metro stop, near the city center which makes it an excellent choice for easy access.(Valet parking is available by the month across the street for an extra 175 euros per month). |
