Isabella's House: This is a special house with a spectacular view in the middle of the historic town of Ioulida, the capital of Kea. Owned by a famous writer and decorated in the traditional Greek style, the historic house which is built cave style into
the mountainside, overlooks the main square and features a view of the Cavo d Oro with ships passing by continuously. You can actually see all the way to Athens on a clear day. The house is ideal for a couple or a family on holiday and even
better if you are a writer, artist or photographer. The village is closed to automobile traffic so safe for children who only have to worry about donkeys. Besides the large balcony there is a shaded courtyard that is completely private. Of course there is a full kitchen sleeping rooms as well as sitting rooms where someone can sleep. Steps away from the famous Rolando's Cafe, one of the best fish restaurants in Greece. If you

Red Tractor Farm, is a family run guesthouse in the valley of Korissia just a few steps from the beach. There are three separate two-story houses, each beautifully designed for the utmost comfort and practicality of their guests. Each house has
a living room upstairs
with a slightly raised sleeping platform as well as a desk and access to wireless high speed Internet connection. There is a shower/w.c upstairs as well as down-stairs. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double according to your needs. All stairways are child-safe with doors and half-doors on either end. Natural light is a key feature of the design indoors as well as outdoors. There are shady seating and lounging areas on both levels as well as sunny spots for sunbathing. It
is possible to rent one floor only of a guesthouse, when available. 
Vicki's House in the village of Ioulida has a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. It is actually a large apartment but in the village all the houses are attached to each other so it really is like a house....The house is at the very top of Ioulis and has parking to go
with it which is very important because there are not many places to
park and you will want to have a car to explore the island. The house is three stories and is very livable. The top
level had a master room and bath. The bed is queen size and has a
balcony from which you can see all the way to Athens. The middle level is the
living area with a functional kitchen and everything stocked...
Villa Varsailles: This unique and very isolated property is 7 km from Ioulis in the
central part of the island in an area called Orkos. The area has been
classified as “Natura 2000” with rare oak trees, beautiful sea views and
islands such as Andros, Tinos, Sifnos, and Syros in the distance. The
villa is 75 sq.m. and an open concept design housing an adjustable
double bed, an sitting area with a floor to ceiling window that looks
over the valley and sea. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a
bathroom with a shower. Available year round, there is a fireplace for
cooler nights. Enjoy evening movies in front of the 42” satellite TV or
watch the sunsets from you own private terrace. Sleeps 2 + 2 small
children. 
Kea Villas: Situated at the top of Ioulida, Kea Villas offer a unique view of Kea’s main town and the Aegean Sea. Built according to the Cycladic architectural style, the complex features self-contained private houses that share a swimming pool. The elegant villas are naturally aired, and feature ceiling fans. Both the living room and bedroom open onto large furnished verandas with Aegean Sea views. Wi-Fi is free, and villas come with an LCD TV and hi-fi system. Villa in Ermoupolis: Built in 1870 when Ermoupolis, now the Cycladic Islands capital, was
just a village. The unique location features unobstructed views of the
port and sunsets. In 2008 the 130 sq. m. villa was completely renovated.
The first floor houses a master bedroom, spacious open living room,
bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor can
accommodate 4 with 2 in the double bedroom and an additional 2 on a pull
out sofa bed. In addition, this level also has a kitchen, bathroom,
living room and access to the property garden. A perfect set up for a
family or couples traveling together. Both levels have access to
terraces or gardens and sitting areas for outdoor dinners or a relaxing
spot to enjoy your spirit of choice. In just a short walk you can be at
the main market, or the port. There is a sandy beach at a distance of
0.6 km.
