the mountainside, overlooks the main square and features a view of the Cavo d Oro with ships passing by continuously. You can actually see all the way to Athens on a clear day. The house is ideal for a couple or a family on holiday and even
better if you are a writer, artist or photographer. The village is closed to automobile traffic so safe for children who only have to worry about donkeys. Besides the large balcony there is a shaded courtyard that is completely private. Of course there is a full kitchen sleeping rooms as well as sitting rooms where someone can sleep. Vicki's House in the village of Ioulida has a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. It is actually a large apartment but in the village all the houses are attached to each other so it really is like a house....The house is at the very top of Ioulis and has parking to go
with it which is very important because there are not many places to
park and you will want to have a car to explore the island. The house is three stories and is very livable. The top
level had a master room and bath. The bed is queen size and has a
balcony from which you can see all the way to Athens. The middle level is the

central part of the island in an area called Orkos. The area has been
classified as “Natura 2000” with rare oak trees, beautiful sea views and

port and sunsets. In 2008 the 130 sq. m. villa was completely renovated.
