	Sfedouri House This house is located in Sfedouri on the island of Aegina. You enter into the living area with fireplace and the dining area. There are stairs that lead down to the bedrooms. There are four bedrooms in a row each opening into a courtyard. The bedroom at the extreme left has a loft bedroom. At the end of this corridor there is a full bath. In the picture the stairs that lead up go to another loft area with another WC/shower. From the sitting area/dining area there are three steps up for the kitchen. There is another apartment below this house that connects to the main house. Most of the bedrooms have double beds but additional single beds can be added. Sleeps a total of 15 persons.

	Big Deal ! This lovely one bedroom stone house is located on the left as you enter the port of Hydra. It is a one bedroom hosue with king size platform bed, an open plan kitchen/living area with two built-in divans, a WC/ shower and a balcony for a spectacular view to Hydra town and to the sunset. to the view. 	Anton's This one bedroom stone house is located on the left as you enter the port of Hydra, adjacent to the Big Deal house. It is a one bedroom house with king size bed that opens onto the verandah, an open plan kitchen/living area with two built-in divans, a WC/ shower and a balcony with a views to Hydra town and to the sunset. Sleeps 2-4 persons.
	Windmill The Windmill in Hydra is located high up, at the tip of port on the left as you enter and has panoramic views to the saronic gulf and hydra town. This two story traditional building offers something a little out of the ordinary. The ground floor entrance leads into a open plan sitting room/dining area with kitchen facilities. A wooden spiral staircase leads to the 2 bedrooms on two different floors. Both bedrooms have a double bed with en-suite wc/shower. This property is extremely private and romantic. It has a private pool and lots of shade to hide away and relax from the outside world. Sleeps 4
	Captain's House The Captains house located within a short walk up from the Hydra port. It is an traditional captain's house that has been renovated into 3BR, 2 wc/shower and equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has two single beds together and the other bedrooms have two built-in single beds. The house is furnished with traditional furniture. It has a big terrace with table and chairs with the best views to the port. Sleeps 6-7
	Swede A lovely house situated in Hydra town, only a 5 minute walk from the port area. The house is two-storey with views to the town from the terrace. From the street you enter into a private courtyard with a table & chairs, on the left of the courtyard ther is an external WC/shower, and on the right are the stairs that go to the terrace. Upon entering the house from the courtyard there is the fully equipped kitchen with small eating area, on the right a comfortable sitting area with two sofas that can accommodate two additional persons, and a stair case to the 1st level. On the first level are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed that has direct access to the terrace and to the courtyard below. Off this bedroom is the second bedroom with a single bed. Sleeps 3-5.
	Kaminia Villa Overlooking the small, picturesque fishing village of Kaminia, this villa combines traditional island architecture with every modern convenience.It has two full baths. 	Villa Julie A luxury stone villa perched high on a hill between Hydra town and Kamini with a beautiful view to the magnificent sunsets of Hydra from the sitting room and the roof terrace. Entering into a private multi-terraced garden you walk up some steps before entering the area with a private swimming pool and flowering bouganvillias and climbing ivy. The villa built on three levels has three bedrooms, sleeps six persons and has two full baths. The first level off the pool area has a sitting area and fireplace, television and a video player. The winding stairs takes you to the mezzanine level where there is a double bed in a cozy alcove. On the third level is a second living area, the open plan kitchen and a lovely dining area off the kitchen. Off this sitting area are the master bedroom with a king size bed and an "en suite" full bath and a second bedroom with two twin beds. 	Hybiscus House This two-level, three bedroom traditional house, located within a 10-minute walk to the port area, sleeps six persons. On the ground floor there is the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed. Off the living room there is a patio with table and chairs and a breathtaking view of Hydra's harbour. A wooden staircase leads to the two bedrooms with double beds on the second level and a full bath. One bedroom has its private terrace with views to the hills and town. The two bedrooms are adjoined by a small sitting area. This sitting area opens onto another terrace that also offers a harbour view. Maid service can be arranged separately. Back to top
	Nayia This residence, owned by a sea captain was built in the 1790's it is located in Hydra town and very near the port area. The living/dining area is in traditional Hydra style. It features a small kitchen, two WC's/showers and two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a twin bed; the other bedroom has two twin beds. This home has a view to the harbour from the balcony and from the sitting area. This house is self-catering. Back to top
	Kala Pigadia This luxury four bedroom accommodation is located in Kala Pigadia, a quick walk from the port. On the ground level there you enter into an entry hall, to the left are the two bedrooms each with two twin beds and a WC/shower to serve these bedrooms. Further to the hallway is the third bedroom with large double bed and en-suite full bath. From the entry hall there is a staircase that takes you to the 1st level. On this level there is a large sitting area, a dining area accommodating 8 persons with direct access to the terrace. 	Villa Helios Walled for privacy (there is virtually no crime on the island), its many terraces abound in bougainvillea, jasmine, oleander and plumbago. Imagine a multi-terraced garden, as well as a large vine-covered terrace overlooking the port and the sea. The views from Villa Helios are spectacular - every room overlooks the whitewashed houses, the waterfront - alive with fishing boats and elegant yachts, - and beyond the Saronic Gulf, the neighbouring Peloponnese. The house has two comfortably furnished buildings: in one there is a sitting room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, and a mezzanine study; in the other, there are four double bedrooms (two with double beds, one with double sofa, and one with twin-beds). All the terraces have a view. There are three bathrooms, one with an outside shower. The caretaker looks after the pool and the garden; there is a change of linen mid-week. 	Down House Situated at a strategic point at the entry into Hydra harbour this house gives the impression that you are towering over the sea. The house has three bedrooms and two WC/showers. You enter the landing and two steps down is the sitting/dining areas, to the left is one WC/shower room, and to far end is the fully equipped kitchen. From this sitting room there is access to the terrace which offers spectacular views to the sunset and the Saronic Gulf. At the landing are the wooden staircase leading to the first floor. On the first floor are the three bedrooms and a second WC/shower room. Two bedrooms have two twin beds that can be made up as a king size bed and has views to the sea. 	North House This stately house is located at the tip of Hydra port overlooking the Saronic Gulf. It has three levels. You enter the property on the terrace level where there are captivating views to the sunset. At the terrace level there is access to an independent (own entrance) bedroom suite and en-suite bathroom and to the second level of the house. On this second level there the fully equipped kitchen so one can enjoy meals on the terrace. There are stairs that lead from this level to a landing that has a second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bath and the sitting area. The sitting area/dining area is carved out of the hillside with spectacular views to the Gulf as if suspended over the sea. At the bottom of the stairs on the left there is the third bedroom. This bedroom can accommodate three persons in one double bed and one single bed served by a third WC/shower room This house is fully-airconditioned and heated. Sleeps 7 persons.
	Lydia This luxury four bedroom accommodation is located in Kala Pigadia, a quick walk from the port. On the ground level there you enter into an entry hall, to the left are the two bedrooms each with two twin beds and a WC/shower to serve these bedrooms. Further to the hallway is the third bedroom with large double bed and en-suite full bath. From the entry hall there is a staircase that takes you to the 1st level. On this level there is a large sitting area, a dining area accommodating 8 persons with direct access to the terrace. Towards the back of the sitting area is the fully equipped kitchen and the fourth bedroom with double bed and en-suite WC/shower. The house is fully air-conditioned and heated. Sleeps 8.

	Villa Bianca Beautiful traditional mid-19th century villa is located a five minute walk from the port and market area and a five minute walk from the first beach. This villa is located in a 1300 sq.meter garden filled with fig, olive, banana and citrus trees. The villa has a large living room which opens onto covered and open verandahs. It is completely private and is enclosed within a courtyard. It has three bedrooms all with twin beds, one bedroom with a single bed and two baths. There is also a small room off the kitchen area with a twin bed and a WC/shower. Back to top
	Isadora This luxury house in located in Spetses not far from port of Spetses in Dapia on a big plot of land with landscaped lawns and trees. There are five bedrooms in the main house, two bedrooms have double beds and three bedrooms with single beds. In addition to the main house there are two guest houses each with double bed, kitchenette, WC/shower. The main house has very comfortable and stylishly furnished sitting area and fully equipped kitchen. The pool area also has a outside kitchen/bar area/BBQ and a pool 15mx10m. 	SeaView This lovely split-level family home is situated in a peaceful sea front position on the edge of the old port. It benefits from a quiet location, yet is just a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of town. The grounds of approximately 3500 square meters are a particular feature of the property. From the large flower-clad pergola, with built-in seating for breakfast or outdoor parties, the gardens slope down to a private cove and covered jetty, where there are steps down to the sea. The various garden levels are planted with a variety of shrubs and trees, including pomegranates, figs, olives, cypresses, oleanders, lemon, and orange trees. There is also a small, simply furnished guest house within the garden with a twin bedroom and bathroom. The interiors of the main house are well equipped and furnished in a traditional island style. 	Villa Lena Built in 1860, this two-story renovated villa has two bedrooms and sleeps five persons. On the first level are the living/dining area, kitchen and the marbled WC/shower. A wooden staircase leads to the second level to the two bedrooms and a WC. The master bedroom has twin beds and has a view to the sea. The second bedroom sleeps three and opens to a small terrace overlooking the garden filled with trees and flowers. This villa is located 15 minutes from the main port area in the area "Old Port".
