The upper floor of Pera Panta Ikies is reached through an exterior staircase which is shared with the adjacent building.

IKIES No2 is on the ground floor, elevated about 2.5 meters above street level. This residence is also consisted of 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, both convertible to two single beds if requested, and a large living room and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen.

Children under 15 years old cannot be accommodated at Pera Panta Ikies due safety reasons.
