Truffle Hunt and
Cooking in Zagoria
A unique culinary experience with white truffle hunting, white and black truffle tasting, and cooking traditional recipes combined with white truffle.
Our experience begins with a hike of about one and a half hours, where we will collect white truffles in the forest and mushrooms we may find on our route.
After returning, we will learn the secrets of mushroom production, we will wander around the estate with the mushroom crops, and for those who wish, in the summer months, they can swim in the river next to the estate.
Then we will cook soup, potato souffle with truffle, barley with mushrooms and truffle, scrambled eggs with truffle (and prosciutto if you wish), and beef burgers with mushrooms and truffle.
We will accompany our dishes with fine wines and enjoy them with yogurt, honey and white truffle for dessert.
