Anema Residence is a 6000 square meter, Santorini private villa property, overlooking the Aegean Sea with stunning views of the islands of Anafi and Amorgos. Surrounded by vineyards and farms, and only 400 meters from the black pebble beach of Vourvoulos, its panoramic position offers views of the surrounding farms, fields and the sea, offering a true feeling of nature and serenity. Perfect for couples, family holidays with children, wedding parties, yoga groups, or a group of friends looking for spacious areas, large gardens with fruit and olive trees, comfort and privacy. Our property consists of 7 private villas, with one, two, and three bedrooms. Each villa has a separate entrance, private pool (except Sorokos villa), and large outdoor spaces with BBQ facilities. Parking is available on the premises. Our vision is to welcome our guests as family, to experience the real Greek hospitality that we have inherited from our families.

My name is Maria Renieri and my husband is Nikolas Zafiriou. We have 3 children: Panos, Christos and Georgia. We welcome you to our property offering something unique in Santorini, both in terms of style, island architecture, location, and the real feeling of family atmosphere. Our villas in Santorini are built in the traditional way, using materials available in Santorini and other Aegean islands, such as marble, black stone, granite stone, and wood.

Whilst the caldera offers the view of the sunset, it is the view of the sunrise that you will see from this side of the island! It is simply awe inspiring to watch the sun rising from the sea to meet the challenge of a new day! Our residence is a stone's throw away from the black pebble beach of Vourvoulos, comprising of a quiet seafront and small port used by local fisherman. There is also a beachside taverna offering fresh fish and local dishes. In the village of Vourvoulos there are 2 more traditional taverns. Our location is only 6 minutes by car from the town of Fira.

All properties are offered with the highest quality of finishes, luxury bath products, and fine bedding made from all natural materials by CocoMat. We are not a hotel. We call it "a home away from home". Join us for a glass of wine, become part of the family, taking part in open BBQ's and celebrations. Or enjoy your villa with privacy. The choice is yours.

In our gardens you will find fruit and olive trees, fresh herbs, Santorinian tomato plants, white eggplants, local cucumbers, and other seasonal vegetables. All of these are available to you, to use as you prepare that special salad to go with the meat cooking on the BBQ. We will also be happy to introduce you to the Santorini local products, including wine, “chloro” goat cheese, fava beans, cherry tomatoes and our homemade sweets. Enjoy our daily homemade breakfast prepared by our family, using several local products. Don’t forget to try our omelets with fresh local organic eggs.

Villa with private pool and sea view (4 to 6 persons). Levantes offers an open kitchen, dining and seating area, rectangular in its design with views to both the sea and the countryside, and is complete with two bedrooms.

Zephyros 1 Bedroom Villa
Santorini private villa with swimming pool and sea view (2 to 4 persons). Zephyros offers high specification accommodation. It has an outside private sea view veranda with own private pool with deck chairs, lounge and BBQ.

Livas 1 Bedroom Villa
1 bedroom private holiday villa in Santorini, with private pool (2 to 5 persons) Livas is located directly in front of the main residence occupied by the owners, with view of the sea, the surrounding vineyards and farms.

Sorokos 1 Bedroom Guesthouse

Tramountana Luxury Private Villa Santorini

The large fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary equipemnt to cook your meals. If you don't like cooking, then ask our chef to prepare a meal for you.
