The Verina Villa, is an exquisite detached house built in 2008 in a traditional style. It is located in Vathi, 100 m. from the beach, 10 km from Apollonia, 15 km. from port (Kamares). It is a two-story villa surrounded by gardens and verandas. The décor and furniture are superb, tasteful and comfortable. The verandas are equipped with quality veranda tables and chairs. The ground floor is consisted of a living room with a large corner sofa (suitable for sleeping 2 children,
or 1 adult), a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom. The living room is equipped with air-conditioning, a satellite TV, a Hi-Fi CD stereo. The ground floor is surrounded by large verandas with view of the garden. The upper floor is consisted of an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed with its own bathroom and TV. The upper floor has two balconies with view of the sea. The villa offers free internet access (with guest’s laptop), a safe box, a hairdryer and private parking.
