Where Planning a Trip to Greece is Almost as Fun as Going There

Mykonos, Greece

Santorini, Greece

Parthenon, Athens, Greece

Githeon, Peloponessos, Greece

Hi. This is my index for all my Greece Travel websites. I attempted to organize it so that people would not get lost so easily and even though some say it is fun to be lost, occasionally you need a place to come back to and get your bearings. This is that place. This is the main index and the links below are secondary indexes which lead to thousands of other pages. You may want to save this page to your favorite places so you can find it again or you can Click here to Make This Your Homepage.

You can e-mail me if you have any questions about Greece, need advice or you are lost. On some pages you can click on the banner at the top to get to a main index or the banner at the bottom to get back here. But since I am doing it by hand it may take awhile so don't get upset if you click on a banner and go nowhere.

Help Support Matt's Greece Travel Guides
Do you enjoy using my site? Have you found it entertaining as well as useful? If so please show your appreciation by booking hotels through the travel agencies and the links found on my
Travel Agents Page. The small comission I make on the bookings enable me to keep working and in most cases you won't find them any cheaper by searching elsewhere. You can also book at Booking.com's Greece Page and they give me a small percentage on each booking.

Matt Barrett in Greece My Greece Travel Guide began as a hobby in 1995 and since then it has grown in popularity and size.  99% of the material in my guides was written by myself. I don't have a staff. I took all the photos with the exception of some of the historical ones. I update the site continuously so unlike a guidebook I don't have to wait for the next printing to fix a mistake. People have been asking me how they can contribute. First of all you can contribute by using the agencies I recommend. Without their support this site could not exist. The best way to contribute is to help spread the word about my Greece Travel Guides. Tell your friends. Tell your family. Tell strangers on the travel bulletin boards. If you have your own website or blog make a link. The only way I can compete with the big commercial sites is with your help. If you plan to book hotels on your own you can go through my booking.com affiliate page which I get a small comission from.

You can read what others have said about my Greece Guides on my Testimonials Pages

Remember if you have any questions about services, itineraries, problems or anything having to do with Greece or if you are looking for something on the site and can't find it you can e-mail me at matt@greecetravel.com  and I will respond quickly. There is no fee. All info is Free.
I hope to see you in Greece!

Why Donate to My Greece Travel Guides?

The answer is that you shouldn't. I don't need the money. But the people of Greece need your help, especially now and I know that people who use my website would donate money if they knew who to donate to and how.  SOS Children's Villages help children who have lost their parents or are homeless for other reasons. There is no better time to donate then now because with the economic crisis in Greece they need donations more than ever. You can visit their website to read about their work and then donate by bank transfer or following the link to paypal. You can mention my site if you like.
