The most impressive religious site is the cathedral, the church of Panagia Odigitria dedicated to the Virgin, the patron saint of Kimolos. The locals built this church between 1867 and 1874 where a religious feast takes place every year, on November 21st.

And this very fine sand results in an almost all-white coastline, inviting you to dive in and swim in its transparent waters. Right opposite the sandy shore, there is the tiny islet of Prasonisi and the view is spectacular.
